–  Double Head Cutting Machine has designed to cut uPVC and Aluminium profiles precisely between 45-90 angles.
–  Thanks to 2.2Kw powered motor operates aluminum cutting easily.
–  500 mm diametered diamond saw teeth. Saw moves 155 mm from cutting surface.
– Possible to cut 60 mm and 70 mm 2 profiles at the same time.
– Minimum cutting 430 mm and max. 3800mm by using double head.
– Long cut software for sizes between 3800mm to 7000mm
– Cooling system is included for aluminium profiles cutting.
– It also has automatic slicing function for Aluminum corner joints.
– Movable head moves on linear rails.
– User friendly touchscreen LCD control panel.
– Possible to use only 1 head individually.
– 3000 memory size including quantity, length, customer name and cutting angles.
– Automatic calibration.

– Barcode printer: Possible to print customer’s name, material type, position number, and measure information as labels.
– Cutting Optimization: Allows customer’s to decrease their profile waste. USB data transfer from window drawing softwares like; Orgadata, Ercom, Ra Workshop, Winperfil and others.
– Servomotor: Motor option that allows movable head to reach the desired measure to be cut more quickly.
